The French alternative rock/metal outfit Persiede has released their vibrant brand new music video for their most recent hard-hitting single, "9th Life." The new single tackles two global crises at once -the current global pandemic and the destruction of our planet that's led to global warming and climate change.
More about the single from the band: "Time has run out. The world is dying. It's time to surrender! If we were cats, it would be our 9th life; As humans, this is our last. Let's react before it's too late. This song deals with the emergency of the worldwide situation: Global pandemic, ecological disaster. It's not about giving a miraculous solution. It's about raising awareness and to reflect all together concerning the best solution. We can do it!"
More about the band: Perseide was formed in 2001 in Lyon, France, by four childhood friends who all had a love for music, so what do they do? They formed a rock band in their teenage years. Ten years pass by the band, they release two EPs, Requiem For Sad Stories and Disco Before Death, signed to the label OrageRock, performed hundreds and hundreds of shows across France, Europe, and the USA, with artists such as Soilwork, Betraying The Martyrs, Cancer Bats, We Butter The Bread With Butter, and Protest The Hero, to name a few. In 2018, Perseide decided to enter the studio once more and ended up recording their debut album, The Only Thing, that released on May 29, 2020.
