Today, JENNIE has released her brand-new single “Love Hangover” featuring Dominic Fike out via ODDATELIER/Columbia Records. Listen HERE. Lifted from her forthcoming album Ruby, due March 7, “Love Hangover” explores an undeniable attraction to someone who’s both toxic and intoxicating. With raw, confessional lyrics and a sound that balances vulnerability and intensity, the song captures the struggle of breaking free from a connection that won’t let go.
“Love Hangover” arrives alongside an official video directed by Bradley & Pablo (Harry Styles, Lil Nas X), which was shot in Mexico City. The cinematic visual finds Jennie in a series of dates with the same guy, played by Charles Melton¸ each encounter ending in the same tragic fate, perfectly capturing the cycle of temptation and heartbreak that defines the song’s narrative. Featuring “Love Hangover”, “ZEN”, as well as the previously released single “Mantra”, Ruby, takes listeners on a sonic experience that explores a variety of genres and showcases JENNIE truly stepping into her own as a global force. To celebrate the release of Ruby, JENNIE will be performing a few intimate shows. The Ruby Experience kicks off in LA on March 6 at the Peacock Theater, before making its way to the iconic Radio City Music Hall in New York City on March 10, and Seoul’s Inspire Arena on March 15. JENNIE will also be making her solo Coachella debut where she will have prominent sets on Sunday of both weekends.
